Key responsibilities

• Advise investors on portfolio opportunities, developer credibility, and property investments.
• Stay informed about launches from Emaar, Meraas, Damac, and Nakheel.
• Convert company-generated leads, build a personal network, and research rental yields and capital appreciation.
• Manage negotiations, RERA/DLD compliance, handover, and post-sale leasing or resale guidance.
