Space & Place Real Estate is expanding and hiring real estate agents in Dubai.
The role offers leads and marketing support, company transport for meetings and briefings, training, ongoing support, and career growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Build and maintain client relationships; generate and follow up on leads.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations and recommend suitable properties based on client needs.
- Negotiate offers and close transactions.
- Keep up to date with Dubai's real estate market.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and provide a high standard of customer service.
Requirements
- Previous real estate or sales experience is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, customer service, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Compensation
- The posting offers a fixed salary based on experience and an attractive commission structure.
- Pay is listed as AED 4,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
