Performance-driven opportunity for candidates interested in sales, client relationships, and property.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and business development.
- Assist clients buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties; conduct viewings and provide property advice.
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Negotiate offers, close transactions, and manage contracts, agreements, and transaction documentation.
- Track market trends, property values, and developments in Abu Dhabi.
- Maintain client and sales records in the CRM system, achieve monthly sales targets, and provide customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong sales mindset and target motivation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- UAE real estate market knowledge is an advantage.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, or Hindi is advantageous.
