Amlak One Real Estate is seeking a motivated Property Consultant for its growing team.
The role supports property sales and leasing while delivering customer service and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Assist with residential and commercial property transactions.
- Conduct property viewings and advise clients.
- Build relationships with clients and property owners.
- Negotiate offers and contracts.
- Promote properties through portals, social media, and networking.
- Maintain client and listing records.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- At least one year of real estate experience is required.
- Previous real estate sales or similar sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required.
- Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency are required.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is advantageous.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
