Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing listings, coordinating with clients and developers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings across platforms
• Handle all documentation, contracts, and paperwork
• Coordinate with clients, agents, and developers
• Attend developer meetings and track updates
• Assist with permits and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Schedule property viewings and internal meetings
• Maintain accurate records and CRM systems
• Support marketing activities, including posting and promotions
• Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in real estate preferred
