Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator & Sales Agent to manage operations while actively supporting the sales process and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings while handling all related documentation
- Coordinate effectively with clients, agents, and developers
- Schedule property viewings and maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow up on leads and respond to client inquiries
- Support the sales process, including negotiations and closing deals
Requirements
- Experience preferred in real estate
- Prior experience as a sales agent is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
