Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Admin / Personal Assistant with strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate brokerage market, capable of handling full operational workflows independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily administrative operations
- Organize and maintain data using Google Drive and CRM systems
- Create and manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all listings
- Stay aligned with listing guidelines and market updates
- Strong knowledge of DLD / RERA rules and procedures
- Handle secondary market operations
- Prepare and review MOU agreements in compliance with regulations
- Follow up on commissions with developers and brokerage partners
- Provide direct support to management (PA role)
- Manage schedules, meetings, and task follow-ups
- Prepare accurate operational reports
- team onboarding process
Requirements
- Strong experience in UAE real estate brokerage
- In-depth knowledge of DLD / RERA and secondary market processes
- Hands-on experience with property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
- Experience in preparing MOU and handling sales processes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

- High level of ownership and accountability
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience
- Real Estate Admin: 2 years (Preferred)
