About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Investment Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist clients in identifying profitable real estate opportunities, provide market insights, and guide investors through property purchases and investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities
- Analyze market trends and property values
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads and close investment deals
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Prepare investment proposals and financial estimates
- Stay updated on the local real estate market and regulations
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or investment advisory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is preferred
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Chinese, Farsi, French, or Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- RERA certification is a plus
