We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to support our sales and management team in Dubai.
This role is open to female candidates only, with Tagalog and Fluent English speaker
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and Trakheesi
Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate documents and records
Coordinate with agents, developers, and internal teams
Handle emails, calls, and general office administration
Support the sales team with property uploads, follow-ups, and client communication
Ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping of approvals, agreements, and permits
Requirements
Female candidates only
Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
Experience
with Bayut, Property Finder, and Trakheesi
Fluent in English and Tagalog
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Available to join immediately!
