Masar Al Aman Real Estate LLC is looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced Real Estate Admin to join our team.
Requirements
- Experience in Dubai real estate/property management is preferred
- Knowledge in tenancy contracts, Ejari, and tenant coordination
- Familiarity with UAE real estate portals for property advertising
- Knowledge in Trakheesi and Dubai Land Department (DLD) system/processes
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle emails, tenant follow-ups, and administrative work
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and real estate documentation
- Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Prepare tenancy contracts and related documents
- Coordinate with tenants, owners, and maintenance team
- Handle renewals, notices, emails, and payment follow-ups
- Upload and manage property advertisements on UAE property portals
- Process Trakheesi permits and coordinate with DLD-related requirements
- Maintain records and filing system
- Assist management with daily operations

- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
