We are looking for a proactive and organized Real Estate Admin to support the daily operations of our real estate team.
The ideal candidate must have prior real estate administration experience and should be able to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
- Manage property listings on portals and company platforms
- Prepare and maintain client records, contracts, and documentation
- Manage company leads and data efficiently and distribute leads to the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM data accurately
- Coordinate with agents, clients, and developers regarding property updates
- Schedule meetings, property viewings, and appointments
- Follow up with clients and maintain proper communication records
- Assist in processing tenancy contracts, Form A/B, and other real estate documents
- Maintain databases, reports, and spreadsheets accurately
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
- Must have previous real estate admin experience in Dubai
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures and documentation is mandatory
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and teamwork skills
