React Full Stack with .NET

Core Technical Requirements Must-Have Skills

• Strong and recent experience in React is the top priority. Candidates with only historical React exposure (e.g., 4-5 years ago) are not preferred.
• Full-stack experience with React and.NET/C# is highly desirable.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions and deployment workflows.
• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, though experience with other cloud platforms is acceptable if candidates understand cloud fundamentals and containerized deployments.
• Exposure to Docker/containerization. Nice-to-Have Skills
• Next.js experience. Strong React candidates can learn Next.js if needed.
• Experience with Python alongside.NET.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, SRE, and Observability practices.
• Experience working in monorepo environments.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants and AI-driven development tools. Experience implementing AI agents is considered an advantage. Skill Evaluation Priorities:

• Primary focus of the role is frontend development, supported by backend capabilities.
