About the Role

Qualifications

• About You:
• Australian citizenship or PR.
• Heavy Vehicle Mobile Equipment or Diesel Fitter trade qualification.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience maintaining heavy mobile equipment in an underground mining environment.
• Auto electrical knowledge and a valid Class C manual driver's licence.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, with the ability to work safely and effectively in a team or independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled maintenance, servicing, and breakdown repairs on Raisebore hydraulic / electric drilling units including ancillary mobile plant and light vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and repair or replace components to maximise equipment reliability and availability.
• Ensure plant and equipment are maintained in compliance with site standards, safety requirements, and regulations.
• Complete maintenance documentation, inspections, oil sampling, and pre-start checks accurately and on time.
• Participate in toolbox talks, pre-starts, maintenance, safety, and shift handover meetings.
• Identify and manage workplace risks, complete JSAs and Safe Stops, and assist with incident investigations as required.
