The Design Engineer works with management and clients to formulate and develop designs.
The role reports directly to the Fabrication/Sales Manager and collaborates on innovative products that are functional and meet client needs.
Professional design input is expected before and after fabrication, including guidance to colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Design new engineering products and processes.
- Create product models and drawings using CAD, VPSS, production engineering, and Fusion 360.
- Analyze prototype data and retest when needed.
- Develop new product ideas and methods; improve existing products and processes.
- Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with industry safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records.
Role capabilities

Compensation
