Job Responsibilities
- Configure tools and adjust machine parameters for accurate bending.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide production.
- Operate machines to bend, cut, or shape MS, stainless steel, and aluminum to precise angles.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet specified tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Key Requirements
- 1–2+ years of CNC bending machine operation experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, knowledge of metal properties, and technical machine-operation skills.
- Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform manual work such as bending, twisting, and lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in metal fabrication is preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
