Quotation Support Engineer

The Quotation Engineer (Consultant) supports sales areas in preparing complex, high-quality and customer-centric quotations and helps ensure an effective customer experience throughout the sales process—from receipt of the RFQ (Request for Quotation) through to receipt of the purchase order.

The role requires close collaboration with sales teams and customers, combining technical understanding, commercial awareness, accuracy, and proactive communication to ensure quotations are delivered according to agreed timelines.

Technical & Product Knowledge — Ability to understand engineering specifications, Normet equipment/products, customer requirements, configurations and modifications, and translate these into technically correct quotations. Commercial & Quotation Acumen — Strong ability to develop accurate quotations covering pricing, costs, availability, delivery times and commercial documentation. Customer Focus & Communication — Ability to understand customer needs, communicate technical/commercial information clearly, and collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers.
