Quantity Surveyor- Pre Contracts Experience Only

About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project budgets
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Develop tender documentation and manage the tendering process
- Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare tender analysis reports
- Support procurement and contract administration activities
- Monitor project costs against budgets during design development
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Provide value engineering and cost optimization solutions
- Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum5 years of experience in pre-contract QS activities
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and tendering
- Familiarity with FIDIC and standard forms of contract
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX, PlanSwift, or QS software tools
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- MRICS or equivalent certification is an advantage
