Role Description
The Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical is a full-time on-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring and controlling project costs, and contributing to cost planning and forecasting.
Core responsibilities
also include preparing cost reports, tracking budget variances, and working closely with project teams to ensure financial targets are met.
The Quantity Surveyor will provide detailed financial advice to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
Qualifications

Experience
in Cost Control and Cost Management
· Expertise in creating and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
· Proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
· Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
· Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
· Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools
· 3 – 4 Years previous experience in Mechanical projects or electromechanical contracting.
