Role Purpose
Manage commercial measurement, valuations, cost control, and subcontractor accounts to support profitable project delivery and robust contractual compliance.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare and submit interim valuations/payment applications.
- Measure works, maintain BOQ remeasurement, and manage cost codes.
- Manage variations: identification, pricing, substantiation, and approvals tracking.
- Administer subcontractor payments, materials reconciliation, and cost reporting.
- Support claims/EOT with commercial substantiation (with planning/contracts).
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- BSc in QS/Engineering; MRICS (preferred).
- 5–10 years; UAE infrastructure contracting experience preferred.
- Strong measurement, Excel, and contract administration skills.
