🚀 WE’RE HIRING – Quantity Surveyor / Estimator \| Dubai 🇦🇪
💰 Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000
📍 Dubai, UAE
⏰ Immediate Joiners Preferred
- We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with a strong background in construction, fit-out, and joinery projects across the UAE.
- 🔑 Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in Quantity Surveying / Estimation
- Experience in Civil Construction, Fit-Out & Joinery Projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, tendering, cost estimation, and rate analysis
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate BOQs from drawings and project specifications
- Manage tendering and pre-contract estimation activities
- Analyze material and labor costs and prepare detailed cost estimates
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare unit rate breakdowns and project cost reports
- Ensure competitive and accurate tender submissions
