Overview
- Prepare the BOQ, tender documents, and cost estimates.
- Managing the project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs.
- Keep the record of contracts, LPO, and agreements. Maintain the legal documents of the clients.
- Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
- Able to work well within a team-based environment.
- Communicate regularly with project staff and specialist subcontractors about payment and issue a payment certificate.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Dynamic & Can do’ attitude to work.
- Candidates available in Qatar with minimum of 3 years of experience.and Ready to join immediately can apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month
