This is a full-time 6 days a week on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Review and Evaluation of Interim Payment Applications and preparation of Interim Payment Certificates.
- Taking off Quantities for Variations /Change requests
- Assist Senior QS on post Contract cost variances and the change control process
- Prepare rate analysis for Variations
- Assist Senior QS for preparation of Engineer’s monthly commercial reports.
- Administration of Provisional Sums/ Prime cost sums.
- Review and Evaluation of Final Payment Application and preparation of Final Payment Certificate.
- Administration of cost Claims
- Preparation of cost Estimates for change requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Experience with consultancy is preferred
- Post Contract experience in Villas and Townhouses developments is a must
