Euro Advance Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Quantity Surveyor.
The role supports construction measurement, cost estimation, tendering, valuations, variations, cost control, and final accounts across construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Support construction measurement across construction projects.
- Support cost estimation and tendering activities.
- Support valuations and assessment of variations.
- Support cost control and final accounts.
Requirements
- At least three years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor is required.
- A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience in construction measurement, cost estimation, tendering, and cost control is required.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and measurement is required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and within a team is required.
- English proficiency is preferred.
Work arrangement
- The work location is in person.
