- Perform quality checks on raw milk, ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Conduct laboratory tests, including:
- Fat, protein, moisture, and solids analysis
- pH and acidity testing
- Microbiological sampling and testing
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Ensure compliance with:
- HACCP
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- UAE food safety regulations
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conforming products.
