Quality Systems Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Coordinator - Data Analyst Co-Op

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Apply the 18 PPAP document elements required by the AIAG PPAP 4th Edition standard.
• Support teams in completing and compiling PPAPs and Part Submission Warrants, escalating when assistance is needed.
• Assist PPAP coordination meetings and maintain current status of all PPAPs.
• Manage PPAP changes triggered by product changes or customer requests.
• Provide customer contacts with updates on pending PPAP changes and submissions.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to complete submissions on time.
• Support engineering and customer support teams with PPAP creation and updates.
• Obtain IMDS data for PPAP documents in collaboration with the product team.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proficiency with computer formatting, styles, and fields; Microsoft 365 Apps; and SharePoint.
• Strong organization, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple communication tools, independently, and closely with all teams.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer-service awareness.

Desired Experience and Skills

• Graduate student in computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Power BI interactive dashboard building and publishing through Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce reports and dashboard creation.

Compensation

• Typical intern pay range is CAD 25.00 to 44.00 per hour.
• Starting pay depends on education level and final job duties and requirements.
