Role overview

Quality responsibilities

• Record and monitor product quality analysis; review daily M-Tool nonconformance reports and initiate resolution.
• Hold daily Q-Circle meetings with cross-functional teams to analyze defects and make decisions.
• Initiate and implement process FMEAs, including for critical production processes.
• Analyze OF-Cu, stainless steel, ceramic, silver, and gold materials.
• Prepare or support quality checklists, procedures, and work instructions.
• Audit released products to monthly targets.
• Visit suppliers for critical-process implementation, quality improvement, audits, and supplier development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, or equivalent; 2–3 years of quality-related experience.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Gauge R&R and SPC; expertise with 7QC tools, 5 Whys, 8D, FMEA, PPAP, VSM, or similar methods.
• SAP QM knowledge is required.
• Measurement equipment experience (CMM, hardness tester, comparator) and lead/internal auditor experience with ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 are preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.

Travel

• The role may require travel to supplier and customer sites.
