Overview
- Inspect cut and bent reinforcement steel products to ensure compliance with approved drawings, bending schedules, and project specifications.
- Verify dimensions, shape codes, bending angles, lengths, quantities, and tagging of processed materials.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections during production.
- Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials and products.
- Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, client requirements, and company quality procedures.
- Assist in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure timely release of approved materials.
