Quality Foreman

Role purpose

Location

• The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform daily electrical inspections and tests; conduct factory routine, functional, and dielectric tests.
• Review drawings, bills of materials, specifications, inspection and test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Review inspection reports and test records; coordinate factory acceptance tests and customer or witness inspections.
• Initiate and follow up on nonconformance reports and verify corrective actions.
• Guide QC Inspectors and Testing Technicians; coordinate with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure calibration, traceability, and control of QC records; escalate significant or recurring issues to QC management.
• Meet standard QC-hour targets allocated per product type.

Education and experience

• Diploma in Electrical Technology.
• 4–5 years of experience.

Skills and competencies

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Skills include electrical inspection and testing, QC coordination, troubleshooting, NCR control, FAT, QC documentation, and high-voltage safety.
• Listed competencies include achieving results, customer focus, quality systems and methods, quality control and inspection, and PC software literacy.
