Holystar Arabia is hiring an experienced Maintenance Engineer for electrical equipment manufacturing in Riyadh.
The role focuses on CNC machinery maintenance, industrial equipment troubleshooting, and production line reliability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for manufacturing equipment and production lines.
- Maintain and repair CNC laser cutting, punching, and bending machinery, along with robotics, welding machines, and other industrial equipment.
- Respond to breakdowns, monitor maintenance KPIs, and identify improvements to reliability, efficiency, and energy consumption.
- Manage critical spare parts, maintain CMMS records, and ensure HSE compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience maintaining CNC sheet metal machinery, including laser cutting, punching, and bending machines.
- Experience with robotics, welding machines, and industrial production equipment; knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Familiarity with MTTR and MTBF, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
