Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Quality Executive** to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare quality management, KPI monitoring, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including DOH, JAWDA, ADHICS, ISO, and accreditation audits.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards.
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and gap assessments.
- Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Support policy development, document control, and risk management activities.
- Conduct staff awareness sessions and quality-related training programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve operational and clinical performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Quality Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum **2–3 years of experience in healthcare quality management**.
- Experience with **KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and quality reporting**.
- Experience in **DOH, JAWDA, ADHICS, ISO, ACHC, or other healthcare audits and accreditations**.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements.
