Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with EASA Part-145, UAE GCAA CAR-145, and other applicable aviation regulations.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring.
- Support investigations of quality findings, non-conformities, defects, and incidents.
- Prepare and follow up on CAPA; assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Review maintenance records, technical documents, and quality documentation.
- Support regulatory authority and customer audits.
- Ensure compliance with approved MOE procedures and support review, revision, and implementation of MOE amendments.
- Monitor staff compliance with procedures, manuals, and maintenance standards.
- Maintain audit reports, findings, quality records, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate quality matters with Maintenance, Planning, Safety, Training, and other departments.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of EASA Part-145, UAE GCAA CAR-145, FAA, GACA, and other applicable requirements.
- Strong knowledge of MOE procedures, compliance requirements, amendments, and controlled documentation.
- Experience in auditing, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and CAPA.
- Good understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and procedures.
- Previous Aircraft Maintenance, MRO, or Aviation Quality experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills; able to work independently and in a multicultural team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management documentation.
