The employer is seeking a reliable and technically skilled IT Administrator.
The role manages day-to-day IT operations and provides administrative support.
IT Operations
- Manage servers, cPanel, hosting accounts, email configurations, DNS, nameserver settings, and DNS propagation issues.
- Troubleshoot Outlook, email delivery, Microsoft Office, PCs, printers, network devices, and user technical issues.
- Use Windows CMD and PowerShell for troubleshooting and system administration.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
- Work with Google Apps Script, Excel automation, and related tools.
Administration and Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
- Support general office administration and operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of server management and hosting.
- Experience with cPanel, VPN, DNS, email systems, and Outlook troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows administration, CMD, and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel functions or scripts.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle IT and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in IT support or system administration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
