Quality Engineer

Overview

• Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with **ISO/IEC 17020:2012** requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation body requirements including **ENAS, EIAC, and ACTVET**.
• Support and coordinate internal and external audits; maintain audit schedules, reports, and follow-up on corrective/preventive actions.
• Prepare, review, and update company policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms related to inspection and training activities.
• Monitor and evaluate inspection and training operations to ensure conformity with standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide technical support and guidance to inspection engineers and trainers for effective implementation of QMS requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
• Liaise with accreditation and certification bodies during audits, renewals, and surveillance assessments.
• Ensure training and awareness programs are delivered to staff on QMS, accreditation standards, and continual improvement practices.
• Collect and analyze data on service quality, prepare management review reports, and recommend improvements.
• Actively participate in management review meetings, ensuring all quality objectives and KPIs are tracked and achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within Third Party Inspection & Training industry.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standard implementation.
• Hands-on experience with ENAS, EIAC, ACTVET audit processes.
• Strong background in internal audits, compliance, and accreditation requirements.
• Excellent report writing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills to drive continual improvement.
• Certifications in Quality Management, Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor (ISO 17020/9001/45001) preferred.
