Responsibilities

• Manage product quality issues and escalations from customers, company departments, and other channels; report field findings to QC leadership, headquarters, and the factory.
• Prepare weekly QC KPI and operational status reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate warehouse rework, new and returned product inspections, and scrap; maintain and report related results.
• Validate vendor QC invoices and submit QC expense claims under company guidelines.
• Provide user support for service systems and applications; administer maintenance, enhancements, error reporting, and system-change escalations.
• Support user training and testing in development and production environments and implement global security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and experience

• At least three years of product quality control management experience and three years of IT support, IT coordination, or similar experience.
• Experience coordinating onsite QC operations across multiple sites or groups and improving business systems or processes.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as SAP CRM or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of QC rework, inspection, and scrap; technical troubleshooting and problem-solving across IT platforms.
• Familiarity with basic networking, security standards, APIs, and system integrations.
• Valid driver’s license required; frequent visits to a warehouse in Halton Hills are part of the role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Consumer electronics experience and fluent Korean/English are assets.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range is $65,000 to $75,000, with no pay cadence specified.
