Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to ensure products, processes, and systems consistently meet established quality standards and customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring quality performance, conducting inspections, identifying defects, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and inspection plans.
- Perform inspections, testing, and audits on products and production processes.
- Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, and audit findings.
- Conduct supplier and internal quality evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools and methodologies.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality-related concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control principles.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, auditing procedures, and quality management systems.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as:
• Root Cause Analysis
- Six Sigma
- Lean Manufacturing
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma, ISO Auditor, or Quality Management certifications are preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, or production environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
