Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Engineer role located in Qatar.
As a Quality Control Engineer, you will oversee and implement quality control and assurance processes for construction, fit-out, and decoration projects.
Responsibilities
include inspecting materials, monitoring work to ensure compliance with quality standards, and identifying and resolving non-conformities.
The role also involves preparing quality control documentation, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance quality standards in all project phases.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve quality issues effectively
- Experience with Quality Management systems and processes
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with international quality standards and regulations related to construction projects
- Proven experience in a quality control or quality management role, preferably in construction or a similar industry
