Quality Control Engineer

Overview

• We are seeking for QA-QC Engineer to join our engineering team**.** The successful candidate will be responsible for below Key responsibilities includes,
• Responsible for monitoring, controlling and maintaining quality and compliance targets.
• Audit and Monitoring of Accura projects to ensure quality compliance with legislation and governing codes.
• Developing the project quality plan and necessary inspection test plans to ensure the quality compliance from project/ blanket service contracts and the same to be implied upon client approvals for execution.
• Generate and convene the periodical management review and performance reporting to the management and follow the recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that availability of updated QA/QC records, data & information to all by both original hard copy and soft copies.
• Ensure the availability of measuring instrument, NDE equipment and constant monitoring of their calibration schedules.
• Ensuring identified non-conforming products are segregated and placed at designated area's.
• Monitoring the compliance of client approved quality plan Lead the investigation, identify the Root causes and execute their corrective and Preventive actions on customer complaints / In house NCR.
• Quality assurance Support to organization and project specific teams, etc., as and when required.
• Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contractual document for quality compliance.
• Contribute the quality objectives for engineering/production/scheduling meetings as and when required.
• Quality related contributions to toolbox talks, input in QHSE issues and initiatives as and when required.
• Carrying out effective client liaison for all projects, from starting phase until the completion phase.
