Overview
- Conduct Daily toolbox talks/meetings and record details.
- Carries out workshop & work site safety inspections daily to check whether there is any unsafe condition or unsafe act present and also to ensure that only safe methods of working are in operation and that all regulations are being observed by the workers.
- Follow-up for HSE activities within departments, e.g. Stores, Procurement, Accounts etc. including suppliers & vendors for requested items such as ( PPE, items for First aid box, Flyers, Fire extinguishers etc.)
- Assist Project Manager for developing and promoting QHSE programs by writing the QHSE rules and procedures applicable to our business in general after scanning the internationally recognized HSE literature.
- Prepare & Maintain incidents reports ( LTI), Maintain HSE statistic reports, Perfomance statistic Reports, HSE promotional activities such as create new flyers and modify site flyers for workshop & work sites.
- Assist Project Manager for developing and conducting HSE awareness training courses for supervisors/ workforce and other management team members.
- Provide Safety induction presentation to Clients, new employees & record details.
- Prepare & submit all HSE related documents to Customer related with HSE submissions for Register & Prequalification, HSE audits, TRA etc.
- Take ownership of company’s QHSE policy & Quality Manual core and operating values and ensures their implementation.
- Assist Project Manager for availability of HSE equipments at workshop & sites and prepare specification for different HSE items.
Experience
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
