This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, dynamic, and collaborative Quality Assurance and Testing (QAT) team dedicated to delivering high-quality digital services.

As a Quality Assurance & Test Engineer, you will play a key role in improving product quality and delivery by supporting a wide range of testing and assurance activities.

About The Team
- We are the Digital and Technology Services Quality Assurance and Test Team, responsible for assuring the quality of digital, data, and technology deliverables across major programmes and projects.
- This is a particularly exciting time to join us.
- As we expand our in-house digital product development capability and implement new low-code platforms, you will help shape how quality is embedded into modern delivery.
- We are evolving towards a lean, agile, and automation-driven approach to QA, investing in tooling and practices that enable faster, smarter testing.
- Working within multidisciplinary teams, we collaborate closely with service users to co-design and deliver services that make a meaningful difference to Birmingham’s communities.
