Quality Assurance Executive (Arabic Speaker Required)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Quality Assurance Executive (Arabic Speaker)
to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and quality of our real estate leads, documentation, and operational processes.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining service standards, monitoring lead quality, and supporting overall sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute incoming leads among the sales team based on availability, workload, and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing and sales teams through regular quality assessments and surveys.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Reassign leads and tasks when necessary to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare ad hoc reports on lead status, team performance, and quality assurance metrics.
- Monitor lead quality throughout the sales process and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate lead records and reporting within the CRM system.
- Conduct quality checks on lead handling, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of real estate documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, or Real Estate Administration is preferred.
