Job Description
We are hiring a Quality Control Engineer / Officer for construction projects in Dubai.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure quality compliance
- Conduct site inspections, material inspections, and quality audits
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and checklists
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on quality issues
- Raise NCRs and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Review method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain records of testing, inspections, and approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–8 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects
- Experience in residential/commercial/high-rise building projects preferred
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and documentation
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- UAE experience preferred
