About the Role

• We are seeking a meticulous and highly observant bilingual **Quality Agent** to ensure our premium aesthetic clinic consistently delivers world-class patient care and operational excellence.
• In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, auditing, and elevating the standards across all clinic departments—from the front desk and call centre to the clinical treatment rooms.
• You will act as the guardian of our clinic’s reputation, ensuring strict adherence to medical safety protocols, exceptional customer service standards, and local health regulations.

• Your application **WILL NOT** be considered if you do not meet all three of the following criteria:
• **Aesthetics Experience:** You must have proven Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience specifically within an Aesthetic Medical Centre, Cosmetic Clinic, or Dermatology center.
• **UAE Experience:** You must have a verified track record of working in quality management within the UAE healthcare/aesthetics sector.
• **Dubai Resident:** You must currently live in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• **Clinic Auditing:** Conduct regular, comprehensive audits of clinic operations, hygiene standards, treatment rooms, and patient areas to ensure a premium, spotless environment.
• **Service Quality Monitoring:** Evaluate patient interactions across all touchpoints (call centre, reception, and clinical staff) to ensure high-end customer service and VIP patient care.
• **Compliance Management:** Ensure all clinic procedures and documentation strictly comply with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) guidelines and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• **Complaint Resolution:** Investigate patient feedback and complaints, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• **Reporting:** Compile detailed weekly and monthly quality reports for senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and tracking the success of newly implemented quality measures.
• **Staff Training:** Collaborate with HR and management to identify training gaps and help enforce quality standards through staff coaching.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Industry Experience (Dealbreaker):** Proven background as a Quality Agent/Officer within an **Aesthetic, Dermatology, or Cosmetic Clinic**. Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and medical protocols is mandatory.
• **UAE Experience (Dealbreaker):** Solid experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local medical compliance and healthcare quality standards.
• **Location (Dealbreaker):** Current resident of Dubai.
• **Languages:** Fully bilingual and highly articulate in both **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
• **Skills:** Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive patient feedback with empathy and professionalism.

• Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
