Qms Support
- Assist in maintaining and updating QMS documentation (SOPs, forms, policies, records).
- Support internal audit planning, execution, and follow-up, including CAPA tracking.
- Maintain document control, version management, and compliance monitoring across sites.
- Help prepare audit tools such as checklists, audit schedules, and evidence trackers.
- Support delivery of QMS-related training to process owners and frontline personnel.
Operations Quality Support
- Assist with quality checks, sampling plans, and inspections across warehouse and logistics operations.
- Participate in mapping and documenting key logistics processes (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, shipping, returns).
- Support Operations and WMS teams with data collection to monitor KPI performance (e.g., OTIF, DIFOT).
- Assist in monitoring vendor/subcontractor quality and adherence to service-level requirements.
Sustainability & Certifications (Ecovadis & Leed)
- Collect, organize, and validate documentation for EcoVadis submissions (policies, procedures, evidence).
- Assist in sustainability KPI monitoring across Environment, Ethics, Labor & Human Rights, and Sustainable Procurement.
- Support LEED documentation activities such as energy/water/waste data collection and commissioning evidence.
- Maintain structured record-keeping for all sustainability-related submissions and audits.
