We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer who is responsible for ensuring that products, services, or processes meet company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct audits, inspections, and quality assessments
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Train employees on quality procedures and best practices
- Review customer feedback and resolve quality-related complaints
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to management
- Coordinate with production, operations, and other departments to improve performance
- Maintain documentation related to quality systems and certifications
- Manage and supervise QA team members and inspectors
- Track KPIs and quality metrics to measure performance
- Support supplier/vendor quality evaluations and audits
- Ensure products/services meet client specifications and contractual requirements
