Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work.
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in our products and services.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing testing plans, monitoring performance, identifying bugs or quality issues, and collaborating closely with the development and operational teams to enhance quality outcomes.
Additionally, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in quality assurance practices, process improvement, and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience with quality control tools, software testing, and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and coordination skills to manage QA schedules and priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance processes.
- Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for quality testing and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Quality Management, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Previous QA leadership experience and certifications such as Six Sigma or ISO are a plus.
