• **What you’ll be doing*** Completing daily quality assurance (QA) activities by focusing on identifying successes and failures
• Highlighting and reporting any issues to the Quality Assurance Team Lead
• Providing feedback to QC Analysts, and identifying root-cause analysis of potential misalignment
• Supporting QC in achieving deliverables through knowledge sharing
• Delivering refresher sessions to individuals who are struggling with quality performance
• Engaging in risk-oriented reviews, focusing on issue identification together with active facilitation for resolution
• Coaching new joiners to learn procedures across the Customer Support department
• Collaborating with other teams across different locations
• **What you'll need*** Fluency in English
• Experience within Quality Support
• A proven track record of positive evaluations
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Impressive analytical skills
• Familiarity with G-Suite (Sheets, Forms, and Slides)
• **Compensation range*** Krakow: PLN10,100 - PLN12,600 gross monthly*
• Vilnius: €2,700 - €3,400 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN10,100 - PLN12,600 gross monthly*
• Lithuania: €2,700 - €3,400 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
