We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Quality Analyst** to ensure that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and performance.
The role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying and tracking defects, and collaborating closely with development teams to enhance product reliability and ensure quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
- Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly with proper documentation.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing across applications.
- Review and analyze system specifications and contribute to test planning.
- Evaluate product code according to specifications and create detailed logs.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance software quality.
- Stay current with new testing tools, techniques, and strategies.
- Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to the development team.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test results and defects.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in software quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (preferred).
Skills
- Strong knowledge of **QA methodologies, tools, and processes**.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive **test plans and test cases**.
- Hands-on experience with **automated testing tools**.
- Solid knowledge of **SQL and scripting**.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Certifications
- **ISTQB certification** is a plus.
