Overview
- Define and maintain the organization’s QA and acceptance strategy.
- Establish testing standards, templates, and quality gates.
- Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and delivery frameworks.
- Oversee test planning and execution across projects and products.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, and acceptance activities.
- Ensure traceability between requirements, testing, and acceptance criteria.
- Approve readiness for release and operational handover.
- Establish defect management processes and tools.
- Monitor defect trends and drive root cause analysis.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with project managers, product teams, vendors, and operations.
- Facilitate acceptance workshops and sign-off processes.
- Ensure vendors meet contractual quality and acceptance requirements.
- Track and report quality metrics and testing progress.
- Identify quality risks and improvement opportunities.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
