Job Title: Planning, Quality & Innovation Specialist (Arabic Speaker) – Prosci Certified Preferred
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Planning, Quality & Innovation Specialist to support strategic planning, organizational performance improvement, quality management initiatives, and innovation programs within a government or large enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, planning, and process improvement capabilities with experience in driving operational excellence and organizational transformation initiatives.
Arabic language proficiency is mandatory, and Prosci Change Management Certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Performance Management
- Support the development and execution of strategic and operational plans.
- Monitor organizational KPIs, initiatives, and performance metrics.
- Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Assist departments in aligning operational objectives with organizational strategy.
- Conduct performance analysis and recommend improvement actions.
Quality Management
- Implement and monitor quality assurance frameworks, standards, and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
- Conduct internal quality assessments and compliance reviews.
- Assist in developing SOPs, policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards and best practices.
Innovation & Change Management
- Support innovation programs, idea management initiatives, and transformation projects.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to improve organizational efficiency.
- Assist in organizational change management activities and stakeholder engagement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across departments.
- Support digital transformation and service improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and analytical studies for management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external entities as required.
- Track project progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain documentation and records related to planning and quality initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in planning, quality management, innovation, organizational excellence, or related fields.
- Experience working within government, semi-government, or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, KPI management, and process improvement initiatives.
Certifications
- Prosci Change Management Certification preferred.
- Certifications in Quality Management, Innovation, Strategic Planning, or Project Management are advantageous.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and organizational excellence practices is a plus.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
