- Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare precise estimates for construction projects, ensuring all variables are accounted for.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to understand project specifications and deliver accurate quantity take-offs.
- Monitor ongoing project costs and provide regular financial reports, allowing for timely adjustments and decision-making.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders, ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Prepare, evaluate, and manage subcontractor and supplier quotations, contracts, and payment applications.
- Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts.
